Brian established 1Office in 1992 and is passionate about utilising effective technology to help businesses flourish. Brian’s role has evolved as the company has grown, and he continues to manage and develop clients whilst overseeing the internal business operations.

Gwen Kidd

Financial Director
As a co-founder of the company, Gwen continues to play a vital role within 1Office and oversees the finance team. Her passion for finance ensures the business runs smoothly and Gwen also supports clients within the accounting sector.

Brian James Kidd

Sales Director
Since joining the company as a Trainee Photocopier Engineer in 2001, Brian has shown drive, enthusiasm and commitment to become our Sales Director. Brian is driven by customer care and continues to build strong client relationships with the highest level of customer service.

Pamela Malpas

Operations Director
Now our Operations Director, Pamela originally joined the business as a Sales Coordinator and Administrative Assistant. Pamela is passionate about efficient business operations and is committed to ensuring we continue to provide the best possible service, expertise and customer experience.
