If we provide any of the above services to you, we share personal information directly relevant to the performance of our contract with Microsoft.
We only share the information necessary to provide the product you have requested. This includes your first and last name, your position within the company and your email address. Microsoft needs to know this information for you to be setup as a user on the requested service.

Remote Management, Mail Filtering and Cloud Backup
If we provide any of the above services to you, we share personal information directly relevant to the performance of our contract with our third party service providers.
We only share the information necessary to provide the product you have requested. This includes your first and last name, your email address, your user name and – where applicable- the computer name. Third party service providers may receive, process or store information on your behalf, this may include information from the end points and other systems, tools or devices that you manage or monitor through these services.
Where we provide a backup service, data is encrypted before and during transit to the Cloud. We do not access the data, unless you request the recovery of data. Data may be anonymized, so that it no longer identifies an individual data subject. All our suppliers are committed to protecting your personal information and have implemented commercially reasonable physical, administrative and technical safeguards to help protect your data.
Connectivity and Telephony Services
If we provide Connectivity and Telephony Services to you, we share personal information directly relevant to the performance of our contract with our third party service providers.
