As a result of reduced energy consumption and secure data management, these multifunctional systems are ideal for offices with large volumes of work where data security is of great importance, as they can be encrypted and the Hard Disk is compliant with the AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) 256 standard for the protection of confidential data. Compatibility with AES and IEEE 2600.1 requires protection measures to be implemented for all equipment, particularly password management policies, protection of all memory types and the managed protection of all access interfaces. An interesting feature of these products is the reusable black toner container. As soon as the toner container is empty it can be reused as a new waste toner bottle and replace the old waste toner container with it, rather than having to dispose of it.
