1 Office Solutions offers excellent Maintenance & Support for all MFD Devices and Printing Devices, backed up with very competitive pricing. We also look after a wide range of businesses, from Small and Medium Enterprises through to corporate organisations.

1 Office Solution have the skills, knowledge, training and manpower to take care of all your printing, scanning and faxing requirements. Our on site engineers are highly trained and ready to help.

1 Office provides multiple maintenance options that are tailored to our customers’ requirements; we work with our customers to find the best option for them.

The most common Maintenance & Support options are:

• Cost per Copy
• Block Billing
• Preventative Maintenance
• Total Care Package

Cost per Copy

1 Office Solutions’ cost per copy option covers all call out costs, parts and toner cartridges. When customers opt for the cost per copy option they pay an agreed amount per A4 black copy/page and an agreed amount per A4 colour copy/page (if they have a colour machine), monthly or quarterly. The contract length varies depending on customers’ wishes.

This gives our customers the reassurance that their machine will never be down for any length of time, as well as assuring them that they will never have to pay large call out charges or be invoiced for parts. Another factor is that the price of toner cartridges is rising for digital MFD’s and Printers – the knowledge that this is within the agreement and that once they are ordered they will be delivered straight to their door is a great comfort for our customers. The printing counts are taken directly from the machines’ meter readers. 

Logging a call with 1 Office Solutions is kept simple and fast to save time.  Faults and toners can be called in, e-mailed or requested through our customer section of the website.

Block Billing

1 Office Solutions’ Block Billing option also covers all call out costs, parts and toner cartridges. When customers opt for Block Billing they buy copy blocks, which vary depending on the customer’s preference and average copy use.  Block amounts start at 5000 copies - the customer purchases a black copy block and colour block (if they have a colour machine).  Once the customers’ meter readings reach the purchased block amount they are then billed for another block. The cost of the black block and colour block is arranged at the beginning of the agreement and the length of the agreement varies depending on the customer’s preferences.

As stated in the cost per copy sections, by opting for one of our Maintenance & Support agreements, customers get the reassurance that their machine will never be down for any length of time, together with the assurance that they will never have to pay large call out charges or be invoiced for parts. Also with the prices of toner cartridges rising for digital MFD’s and Printers, customers can be secure in the knowledge that this is within the agreement and once orders are made they will be delivered straight to the customers’ door - a great comfort for our customers. The printing counts are taken directly from the machines’ meter readers.

Preventative Maintenance

A small number of customers opt for the solely maintenance agreement. This does not include call out charges, parts or toner cartridges. The maintenance agreement covers a twice yearly maintenance and check up of the machine, ensuring that everything is running smoothly. Customers who opt for this agreement pay for the toners, parts and call out charges that occur outside their twice yearly maintenance check.

Total Care Package

We also offer total care packages which ensure cover for any event.  Customers will never be told an issue is not covered within their package.

Flexible Maintenance & Support

1 Office Solutions is happy to support customers who opt not to have a Maintenance & Support agreement. In these circumstances, when calls are logged, toner is requested or parts are to be fitted, all prices will be agreed before the work is carried out or consumables are delivered and invoiced, ensuring customers are fully aware of the costs involved before proceeding. We are also happy to advice on the best and most cost effective options in these circumstances. 1 Office Solutions finds that this option is not the most beneficial or cost effective for our customers; however we are always happy to cater to our customers’ requests.

Third Party Machines

1 Office Solutions can also repair and support machines that have been supplied by third party organisations. In these circumstances, one of 1 Office Solutions’ engineers will come to your office to inspect and estimate the time scale for which we can guarantee to maintain and support the machine.

All Maintenance & Support options can be applied in these circumstances and, again, tailored to your specific needs.
